Once ascertained and suitability confirmed, a site visit will be required.
The visit assesses the siting of plant, restrictions, existing system limitations/suitability and incoming mains supply services. At this point a cost for works will be confirmed, covering all elements of the process.
Once verified and a small fee £400 is taken, a full room by room heat loss calculation will be carried out which will determine the exact requirements and heat load of the property. The final and exact costs can then be confirmed. The room by room calculation results are the property of the client and will belong to them.
The £400 fee will be deducted from the final costs if the project proceeds.
